The Core Hoodie has an oversized, boxy fit designed for a relaxed streetwear look. If you prefer a more regular fit, we recommend sizing down one size from your usual.

Check the size chart on each product page and compare it with your favourite hoodie at home. If you are between sizes, go up for a baggier fit or down for a more regular fit.

Our hoodies use 500 GSM heavyweight cotton, giving a thick, premium feel that still stays soft and comfortable for everyday wear.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. If the item doesn’t fit or you change your mind, return shipping is paid by the customer. If we send a faulty or incorrect item, we’ll cover the return costs and either replace the product or issue a refund.

We start preparing your order as quickly as possible, so if you need to change your shipping address, size or colour, or cancel your order, please contact us at [your support email] within a few hours of placing it and we’ll do our best to help. If your order has already been shipped, you can still use our returns process once it arrives.

To keep your CONNECTENDS pieces looking fresh for longer, we recommend washing them inside‑out on a cool 30°C setting with similar colours, using a mild detergent and avoiding bleach or harsh stain removers. Try not to tumble‑dry on high heat; instead, air‑dry where possible or use a low heat setting to protect the fabric and shape. When ironing, avoid pressing directly over any prints or embroidery by turning the garment inside‑out or placing a cloth over the design

UK orders usually arrive in 2–4 working days after dispatch. International orders typically take 7–15 working days, depending on the destination and local customs. Please note that customers outside the UK may be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.
